Hamed Namouchi is an-attack minded player who can function in the centre or on the right of midfield with high levels of pace and energy

Born in France to Tunisian parents, he signed for SPL side Rangers aged just 19 after a handful of appearances for his hometown club Cannes.

Namouchi did not take long to make an impact in Glasgow, and was promoted from the Under-21's to the first team within months.

His debut came in January 2004 against Hibs, an international call-up soon followed and he went on to feature in the 2005 Confederations Cup and played three games in World Cup qualifying.

This will be his first major international tournament and he will relish the chance to shine.
