'Slim' Ben Achour was labelled the 'new Zidane' by many when he broke through at Paris Saint Germain though he is, in truth, just one of many young playmakers who have been unfairly compared to the great man.

Having said that, the comparison is not totally without foundation as Ben Achour has good vision, technique and a dangerous range of passing that can open up defences. He just lacks the physique needed to dominate games in the way Zidane does.

'Slim' made his debut in a Champions League match for PSG, but he was loaned out twice to gain more first-team experience and never managed to consistently produce the goods in Ligue 1.

He now plays in Portugal with Vitoria Guimaraes and is often used as a substitute for Tunisia to liven up the attack against tiring defences.
